"Tikki chaat" from the Streets of Road of Shimla , India.

Recently I visited to the place Shimla which is also known as the "Queen of hills" and it is situated at the Himlayan footsteps in the Himachal pradesh. It is one of the most beautiful place in the world.
While travelling to the mall road of shimla I saw a steet vendor making "Chaat" near the Ridge .

I coudn't control myself and tried The dish "Tikki Chart". It is made of potato , a lot of spices , some herbs and tamarind water. It tastes mixed sweet , sour and spicy . The taste was so amazing and I couldn't explain. It cost only 20 INR (0.28 usd). Although it is not considered as a healthy foos but still it coudn't save myself for trying .
