We actually know what this is all about. Power and control. Resources and wealth. Control of the public sentiment. Control of your thoughts. Control of you achieved through fear; the ultimate form of manipulation. You are easier to manipulate when you are scared. But it's hard to be manipulated when you're doing your own research. When the truth they offer is not enough for you.
