Lavender Vibes

I bring You a quick refreshening recipe! Lavender and wine! Sounds good, right? Even tastes better! Sorry i can't bring You the background :)

With a few simple ingredients and a hint of lavender, this sparkling wine cocktail is guaranteed to become your favourite!

What You'll Need

• 1 oz Lavender Simple Syrup (1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon lavender florets)
• 2 oz fresh lime juice
• 3 oz Chandon Brut Classic
• lemon slices

Step 1: If You want to make your own syrup combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit 30 minutes. After refrigerate. Discard the lavender. You can buy lavender syrup in stores too. (we are at Hungarys "Lavender Town" - Tihany, so we can buy pretty good syrup here).

Step 2: Pour 1 oz. simple syrup and 2 oz. lime juice in a glass, lightly stirring to mix. Top off with brut and lemon slices and serve immediately.
