Birthday memories

How do you feel when your birthday approaches. Do you look at a fulfilled year past or a year with wasted opportunities,a year of regrets or thanksgiving?

Birthdays should be a time of not only having but for our life review. Things we didn't do right, relationships we allowed failed or those we should have let go.
