Who has heard from Dmania?

Recently i saw some post from Dmania. I've never heard from it so I searched some info about it..

From what i've understood it is like Steemit but then without blogging but just memes. A simple picture or short movie wich people can upvote and with that you can make money. Just like steemit..

The difference is that you can't downvote if you don't like someone or something, you can only downvote if the post is inappropriate.

I only have a few questions about the reward system? Do you get al the money that your post is worth (from the upvotes) and do you get the money in steempower or dollars? Do you have a wallet on your Dmania account or do you get the reward in your steemit account? Can someone please answer these questions for me?

I would also like to hear if you have any expriance with Dmania, do you like it? What do you earn average?
