Do you know Alison?
Have you ever heard of Alison.com?
If not, the next question is, how much do you love knowledge?
I certainly do.
Alison is one of the world’s largest free learning platforms for education and skills training. Founded in Ireland in 2007 by CEO, Mike Feerick.
You pick a category of interest, pick a course, pick whether you want a certificate or a diploma.
Next they give you all the course content and information. There is no time limit on how long you have to go through all the information. You write the exam and pass.
Alison is free of charge to you. But it’s still a business. The only problem is that if you want the certificate, that is the only thing you gotta pay for. However, still thousands less than at your local colleges/ universities.
The pricing for certificates are in pounds, and from my understanding you can receive it in three different ways:
- Digital Certificate
- Posted - Certificate
- Posted - Framed Certificate
I am yet to purchase my own one day.
I have successfully completed the following courses:
- Certificate: Introduction To The Human Respiratory System
- Certificate: Introduction To Cash Accounting
- Certificate: HIV/AIDS - Awareness & Prevention
- Diploma: Diploma In Psychology
- Diploma: Diploma In Human Resources
