Things to do to be a great leader

Leadership is a very sensitive role in any society. A leader as the head of an organisation is seen as the mouthpiece of the organisation. Whatever he says is seen to represent the view of the organisation he is leading. So, a lot is required of a good leader, some of which i will mention here.

1. A good leader should be kind without being weak

2. A good leader should be strong without being harsh

3. A good leader should always stay positive but remain realistic

4. A good leader should be confident without being cocky

5. A good leader should be role model to its followers
