What’s for Dinner?

It might sound very exciting when someone would call from the kitchen, “dinner’s ready!” You would get up and run fast especially when you are starving! But what’s more exciting is when you found your favorite dish on the table. Time to dig in!

But wait!

Watch for allergies! Especially when what’s on the table is this mouth-watering lobster! Crustaceans like lobsters and crabs contain a substance called tropomyosin. This stuff is responsible for allergic reactions to people who are sensitive to it. You would know that the seafood contains tropomyosin if they turn red when they’re cooked or submerged in hot or boiling water!

Lobsters might be good! Just be careful and know your allergies first. Maybe eating only a small amount of it if it is your first time eating this kind of food. Prevention is always better than cure!

Enjoy your dinner everyone!
