How cruel the Hive world is

Don't know what to say to spread all this about my account on Hive getting spammed. I feel how severe the penalties for endless spam are.

I don't understand if Hive didn't try to help me recover my spam account. Although I have admitted all my mistakes and I am ready to correct and not repeat the mistakes that I have made.
