Should You Buy Gold Or Steem ?

Many economist predict recession in the years to come, how to secure yourself and what to invest in?
Buying gold has been proven effective method in the past. But now we live in different era, if you invest in Gold and everything goes extremely well, you can expect a return max 3x.
But if you invest in Steem, and everything goes extremely well, you can expect a 100x return. (hope for this scenario:) )
Steem can also theoretically drop to zero, but that’s very unlikely.
