Fallout 4: Custom Settlement Build

There is an area northwest of Tenpines Bluff right up against the border that I always thought would make a good building spot.
I played with it a bit off and on as time permitted until I got something built that I really liked. It is a large L-shaped structure with 4 floors and what I call a terra pool. The idea of building pools is fun, but the problem is that settlers hardly ever use it. So I came up with an idea to coerce them into the pool. I placed mutfruit trees in it before filling with water to see if the settlers would go in the pool to work them. Sure enough, it worked like a dream. Hope you enjoy the pics.
