My Actifit Report Card: January 14 2019
So often, I keep Actifit running all day, only to forget to post my results.
Not today! Today I post.
I managed to get a decent bit of walking in todayqothout even trying to exercise. The holidays have taken their toll, and I definitely need to get back into my routine. But today I did several miles of walking just in the course of my daily routine.
