Rutina para sacar tu primer Muscle Up [SPA 🇻🇪] [ENG🇺🇲]
Un saludo a toda la Blockchain de #Hive y a la comunidad de SWC espero estén bien, en esta publicación dejare una rutina la cual me ayudo para obtener el Muscle up espero les ayude en su entrenamiento, y como siempre recuerden calentar antes de cada rutina para evitar lesiones o desgarres a corto y largo plazo sin más que decir, aquí está la rutina.
Greetings to the entire #Hive Blockchain and the SWC community, I hope you are well, in this post I will leave a routine which It helped me to get the Muscle up I hope it helps you in your training, and as always remember to warm up before each routine to avoid injuries or tears in the short and long term without further ado, here is the routine.

Buenas fotografías que presentas y esa rutina de ejercicios para sacar musculatura se ve genial. Para hacer lo que haces se debe tener respeto por dicha disciplina: prácticar cada día según las normas.
