How smart you are?
While watching closely Hive-engine market, I have noticed an interesting behavior of certain bidders.
While to reach the main goal, and stay on top of buyer's list, it is enough to have your bid just a tiny fraction of % above all the other bids,
some people are so desperate, that voluntary are going to pay +26.6% (and often more) than is absolutely necessary

Are you doing the same?
I wonder - why?

That's a strange move. I make limit orders and sometimes they stay on the market a while. Then when I'm not looking I find the market had dipped more than I expected. But I could never guess why someone would but a large margin to be first. Are they hoping to make the price look larger?
@onealfa.pob ,I'm new in the POB tribe,I'm really so curious to know why you keeping accumulating all the POB tokens. I also noticed you help content creators who posts on the POB community. But its really scary and exciting too.
User may be doing the work of a market maker by trying to stabilize the price and occasionally trying to raise the bids in attempt to outsmart the other bidders into buying higher through the sell wall...
This formula may not work out well because it's most likely that the account lack enough funds for this job...
It's complicated but sometimes it works on "not so smart" bots...

I just read your post, and I think this is the more reason i need to write my observation about this tribe. It is a lovely community yet it seems divided. I play chess @onealfa.pob and it's a brain sports,it makes me feel connected to this community. I saw some post about someone asking the owner of the @proofofbrainio and also post about ways which the community can grow. There is a lot I noticed anyway.
Some people use this strategy to keep the price from falling. A strategy that works well for large buy orders, but not so good for low buy orders.
There is a pretty nice spread right now, lot's of buyers jumping in, including myself. Of all the tokens I could buy on crash day, cheap POB for the win!
Sometimes you just want something and don't want to wait. There are very few Hive Engine tokens I buy, almost none I would pay ask side, but I have on some rare occassions.
I do it to pump up blurt to people see the gains they could be making due to unexpected increased interest in a asset, i would consider it normal to see an "overbought" trend in the market, especially when orders are pocket change to most traders.
