This mountain is on fire!
How can you make pictures like this with photoshop? Here's the answer:
*This is how the picture is going to look like.*

- you must import both pictures
- make a selection of the mountain
- make a mask on the mountain level

- duplicate the picture of the mountain and reduce the opacity

- now you can play around with different looks
