Window soul
In a single moment, everything changed
My existence validated, my purpose no longer unknown
A gated heart opened, no longer held in a vault
My truth revealed, faults uncovered, my flawless persona stained by insecurity
As things done in the dark, came to light,
Becoming my most vulnerable in the forefront of your eyes
Feeling your piercing gaze, staring through my flesh’s blinds
Seeing right through the lies I had hidden behind my whole life, as we lock eyes
Letting our spirits merge and intertwine
