OIL PULLING DAY 1 - 3

Just wow,
So for about a week now I have been in unbearable pain. Most of us unfortunately know what it is like to have so much pain that you want to end that moment in life. Well I was at that stage until I finally did something about it. First I went out and made my first bitcoin purchase to help solve the issue. I had bought some kratom to help ease the pain throughout the day and night. Check out the link to a previous post about kratom.
After I got my order I knew that I still had to figure out the underlying issue. I mean I knew what it was but not wanting to admit it to myself is always the worst. I am one of those people who do not brush my teeth like I should. I know there are so many of us out there and I want you to know WE ARE ALL STUPID!
Okay with that said let us get on to the point. How could I fix the issue while I was in so much pain? Oil pulling! So now your saying cool, WTF? is oil pulling. Well the best way I can describe is by putting oil in your mouth and swishing it around for 5-20 minutes. I know you may think this is crazy but the pain is gone. Here is a video after 30 days. I am going to continue to do this and keep you guys updated but so far I am loving the effects of oil pulling. My pain could have been easily caused by stuff being stuck in my gums and between teeth that the oil pulling was able to get out. This my not work for anyone else but it seems to be working for me. Check out my teeth now and we will see how they look in another post later, so much sure to follow.

What are you oil pulling with? I found coconut oil helped me at times.
Then recently I had some good results with greens and tumeric, but even more recently.. I think bentonite clay has probably been the most helpful.. Time will tell.. Though.. I feel like it has made my teeth stronger than they've been in a long time and I've only been at it for maybe close to a week.. So.. You may want to look into some of those possibilities if your problems persist, I know oil pulling wasn't enough for my issues but it helped.. I think the clay might be the solution though..
Seems counter intuitive lol.. But.. I think it has to do with all the minerals in the clay and the clays ability to draw out toxins. Good luck with your teeth issues!
I am going to have to look into these other options. I have had good luck with the coconut oil in the past and this time it seems to be helping but at a much slower rate. I also add in some clove bud oil but I forgot to do yesterday and must have ground my teeth while sleeping because I was awoken with some serious pain. I have been taking kratom to help with that and has been my life saver so far. Thanks for the advice on other options, will be looking into tonight.
No problem. Glad to help. I've heard clove is good as well but haven't personally tried that one. And yeah, do your research first.. I may have missed something. But.. So far the clay has been great. Though only around a week at it so far, so.. Who knows.. Let's see how things are in like.. A month. And it's possible that we're all different in some ways and that what works for one might not work for another.
