청마 유치환님은 통영 출신으로 인생의 후반을
부산에서 생활했습니다.
1층은 공연장과 북카페이며, 2층 방은 유치환 전시관과
방문자가 엽서를 쓰는 장소입니다.
옥상 전망대의 빨간 우체통은 엽서를 써서 넣으면
1년 뒤 주소지로 배달해주는 느린 우체통입니다.
