@chrizbiz Thanks for expressing interest. It's all about the vibration and frequencies and how they interact with the mind,body, and spirit. If say you're in a lower vibrational state, sad or depressed, the vibration of the cells within your body are at a certain frequencies which affects your physiology. If you play music/ie singing bowls, with specific frequencies, it will cause an instantaneous shift in your overall frequency. Last summer I was doing singing bowl experiences for people at the festivals. The feedback was amazing from most everyone. I'll do some more and post in the near future. For now I've got some feedback posts from last year I'll start to share.
