It's to pee on, not to chew!

I'm babysitting one of my sister's dogs, so I'm thinking to keep the little happy I'll bring over my dog to keep it company. Before my sister left, she tells me " don't let max chew on the pee pad ". I was fighting with him on this for a good 45 minutes. Riley helped a little.
