Hardwork and Perseverance

Hard work and Perseverance are two concepts which go hand in hand. By examining the definition of the word Perseverance which means “continued effort to do or achieve something despite difficulties, failure, or opposition”, it indicates that you will always achieve whatever you set your mind to do if you try consistently.

Perseverance on its own does not guarantee success, you will need to put in some work. In the famous words of my neighbour while growing up and she says this in pidgin English “Who no work no go chop” roughly translated, this means that you have to earn your meal. You cannot expect success without putting in the effort and you can’t be said to have put in effort without consistency.
So, do the best you can, don’t listen to that negative voice telling you that your goals are unachievable and don’t give up until you have achieved your goal.
