Art and Me
I love how an #Artist# perceive the life, because I thing they find in Art a place in the word even though I believe this is like their own way of communication and expressions. An Artist express feelings and emotion transforming any feeling to something beautiful. The creator and the viewer ended up involved in this magical moments. Art can do a lot for everyone!!. Therefore this story began with a group called FUGA, we did murals (or paintings) in different states of Venezuela. We start in Mérida recovering Places. Our first work called “ a mural for peace”, many people participate, -I confess that I have never had an experience before- but It was a really interesting first experience. The main Artist was indicating how and where we’d put the different colors. Thanks to good participators energy and music around , everything became in a satisfactory action that it end up embracing me.

The goal was always “try to create cultural and social conscience”. The idea in this work was giving and transforming places but I considered that I receive more than I could give them.. throughout this work I knew many people, differing opinions but everyone motivated by making something good for the city. I think through Art and creativity are many messages arriving to community mind. Specially If they are participating. From this reasoning most of the murals were about historical figures of Mérida like this
