Virginia Judge Lets Pedophile Off

Circuit judge Hauler ordered convicted pedophile Logan Michael Osborn's sentence to be suspended. He was convicted of sexually assaulting a 14 year old girl, he was originally sentenced to a 10 year prison term.

Osborn plead guilty to the charge of having carnal knowledge with the girl. He agreed to a plea deal with the court that he would plead guilty as long as they didn't pursue a forcible sodomy charge. In 2011, Osborn was charged for grabbing the genitals of another student. This case was taken under advisement by the court and eventually dismissed.

The judge had a past decision questioned when he rejected the state of Virginia's request to deny the release of an offender whom was imprisoned for the rape of his ex-girl friend. After the prisoner's release, he strangled his ex-wife's father and abducted her mother.

Recently the entire Supreme Court of Virginia was impeached, it seems like they should consider impeachment of this judge and likely take a closer look at the entire judicial system.
