Hello again
So, I tried threads. It was nice until election day. (Unfuckingbelievable.)
I called it the day before that he would win, and said some things which ruffled feathers on all sides. People are assholes when you call them out on their moral inadequacies. It’s just science, I guess.
Tried Bluesky. I think I lasted a week. 300 character limit and it looks just like the old Twitter, really.
Since I am basically a stranger to everyone here now, probably, I guess I have a new start. Or picking up where I left off, I guess. Taking my name down from above, though. Serena who? No Matthews here.
I have been in the mood to write out loud. Does that make sense? Writing into a faceless void. Not really a void, but a starry, imaginary sky. You are clouds to me. If you are reading these words… hello. Hello, Cloud. Hello, Star.

I'm starting to warm up to bluesky a bit more now that I have a better idea of how to deal with my feed. As for Threads, yeah, it was kinda toxic there for a bit, I used the block button a lot over the past 2 weeks. It's somewhat better now, at least for me...
