The River is call River Seine.
There are four bridges near there , Pont d’Iena the closest link as photo.
Pont de l'Alma , The Pont de Bir-Hakeim, The Pont Alexandre III

I think it's the one the put the love locks. let me check a bit.

Search completed. My take: lena bridge and River Seine

Google told me tha the river name is Seine and the bridge name is Pont Des Arts.😂humble google, He knows I haven't been there.😊
