Why I Stopped "exercising" for 2 Years | DTube Video
I stopped exercising for 2 years. I mean I still ride my bicycle almost every single day, although I don't consider it exercise as we know it. You are probably confused but I explain what I mean in detail in the video!

@paulsmuts, Good to know that before you've followed both Structured and Systematic Schedule for your Fitness Activities but in my opinion life is dynamic and there will be some times when we will not going to follow the Schedule then we have to go with the flow and have to stay spontaneous. Keep up. 👍
