We got some Live Lobsters the other day for a bisque I needed to make.

Had a bit of fun introducing our cat to some feisty sea creatures…. Did not, however have fun slicing them for stock!!!!

Had them in the freezer almost a whole hour and they never went to sleep!!... So, I had to unfortunately end their lives while still awake 
Have you had any luck freezing the lobsters before processing them?
