PAYZA Card and moving steem!

I just signed up for a PAYZA card and in the process for adding money from a Bank Account. A few days ago STEEM was listed on the ALT coin list of coins that could be moved to PAYZA.

Today STEEM is no longer on the list.

LIVE CHAT would not help me with this question. I asked why STEEM was removed and they advised to contact STEEM. lol

Really....

Anyway, Is there ANY Decentralized Visa debit cards out there. I found UQUID but don't know too much about it.
