Zucchini and Spinach Casserole
Place zucchini during a pan with water to hide and produce to a boil. scale back heat, cover, and cook till tender, regarding ten minutes. Drain. during a massive bowl, combinespinach and zucchini with grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, oil, gently overwhelmed eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.Directions. heat kitchen appliance to 350°F. Cook spinach in line with package directions. Drain; add nutmeg. Slice Zucchini. Grate Parmesan and Swiss (amounts in instruction for grated cheese). mix zucchini, water, margarine, and seasoning in pan. Cover; steam for five minutes. combine Parmesan and Swiss cheeses. mixture
