The PEPT Game is Collaborative

Today we take a look at collaboration versus cooperation in our PEPT community.

To succeed with PEPT tools and techniques is to adopt change and accept that the way you do things could be preventing you from reaching your highest potential. By saying, The PEPT Game is Collaborative does not diminish its understanding and usage of cooperative relationship and engagement.

Please understand and accept that The PEPT Game is unlike any other Hive Layer 2 project. The deliverables of The PEPT Game project is creativity, knowledge and digital wealth to holders of 11 game pieces. Soon there will be a twelfths token issued.

Creativity - Knowledge - Wealth

The PEPT Game idea, model, platform, ecosystem, community and resources came together after completing a detail analysis in the current state of affair for planet Earth and all it supports. Yes, including you and I.

Today, our planet is under a lot of stress as a result of economic mismanagement. When I say mismanagement I include the activities and influences by those who lie, cheat and steal within their community.

The PEPT philosophy is to Learn Before You Earn anything. Today, democracies are falling apart because money comes first and the more you have, followers believe you must be the smartest and most creative person in the world. In actual fact, the richest man in the world is a crook and has raped and pillage the tax payers of his community. Now that is just @toofuckeh

The PEPT Game core building blocks, ie game pieces are reflective of ownership and work distribution within the community.

PEPT Collaborative Relationships

Ownership: Because you are a game piece holder, you take some responsibility for the success and failures of the community and project deliverables.

For example, when you create blogs in the community and/or engage on community blogs, including upvoting and gifting valuable content you are adding value to PEPT game pieces. Or, when you add liquidity to TOOFUCKEH:SWAP.HIVE and PEPENTROPY:SWAP.HIVE Liquidity Pools you provide more leverage for much higher return from well managed Qualitative Investment Strategies.

PEPT Cooperative Relationships

Ownership: Here is where you are responsible to yourself. PEPT primary deliverable is teaching, sharing and demonstrating how to grow a personal development ethos.

For example, People, Process and Technology (PPT) as well as Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) are frameworks and methodologies for those who adopt a Continuous Process Improvement mentality. This is where you invest in growing knowledge and skillsets so you get greater return from less effort.

Looking Ahead

The PEPT Game community needs a Mayor to help promote PEPT values. A high priority is to champion projects to grow cooperation within PEPT community and to manage existing and new cooperation's with other tribal communities on Hive.
