Coinbase fraud or just a adminstration mistake?

Question guys/girls,

I deposit 100 euro on Saterday the 15th of July. The same day i got an e-mail back that my deposit went wrong and the deposit was reversed. The time off the reversed deposit back on my fiat would be 1/2 working day's. So i made a really small deposit to see what was wrong. The deposit i made now was 0,01 on Tuesday the 18 July. Again i got a e-mail that something went wrong and within 1/2 working day's the money would be deposit back. Thursday 20th July i checked my bank account and saw that the 0,01 was reversed. But still not the 100 euro of 5 days ago. So i sent an e-mail with the question how long it will take, but did not get a response on that e-mail, accept to go to coinbase site and talk on the auto-bot chat. I did that but that did not work because the auto-bot does not recognize they key words for my problem. Its now 1,5 weeks later and still no response or money on my bank account

Some one had same problems like this or others on coinbase?

If there are suggestions i'd like to hear it!
