Unexpected Fall To Earth.

After sleeping on the tower bed, I decided to continue my journey the next morning. I climbed to the top of an electric pole to reach a nearby zipline. The leap failed, causing a fatal fall. Later, I used a rope shortcut and fought off nearby infected before planning my next move.

After sleeping on the tower bed to wait out the night, I woke up early the next morning. I decided it was time to continue my journey across the area.

I spent a good deal of time trying to climb up to the top of a tall electric pole. My main idea was to grab a nearby rope slide and use it to reach the high tower across from me.

I struggled quite a bit, but I finally reached the top of the pole without knowing for sure if the slide would work. I decided to take the risk anyway and jumped straight toward the rope, hoping it would pull me upward.

Unfortunately, the plan did not work out at all. I missed the attachment, lost my grip completely, and fell all the way down to my death.

After returning, I managed to find a clever shortcut that let me drop down safely and climb back up the electric pole whenever I needed to.

Once at the top, I spotted several infected crawling around near the base. I attempted to sneak up on them for a stealth takeaway, but my approach was sloppy, and I ended up blowing my cover.

The infected immediately turned and began coming after me. However, they seemed to struggle under the direct sunlight and quickly collapsed. Once the danger passed, I climbed back up the tower to plan my next move.
