Figure drawing session.

Hi everyone!

Here are some figure drawings I did ; I am concentrating on the volume of the body in this session, trying to keep the parts consistent.

I spend more time on the drawing below to set the values.

Lighting is something I've often put aside lately to concentrate on gesture, because lighting is a bit easier for me, more intuitive than the dynamics or the 3D aspect of the drawing; but I realised in my art journey that this was a big mistake, because even with good lighting, a bad drawing in terms of volume still looks flat.
So the work of volume and lighting are obviously complementary.
