আমরা জানি যখনই ইটবাল ও সিমেন্ট ব্যবহার করে অর্থাৎ কংক্রিটের যে স্থাপনা বা বাড়ি তৈরীর কাজে পরিচালিত যে অবস্থা সেখানে ভিত প্রস্তুত করতে বেশ সময় লাগে এবং এটি বেশ অর্থবহুল একটি কাজ।

তো চলুন আমরা দেখে আসি কিভাবে ভিত্তিক প্রস্তুত করার কাজ চলছে এবং আমরা সরাসরি দেখতে পাবো এখানে ঢালাই কাজের প্রক্রিয়া।

ভিডিওতে আপনারা দেখতে পাচ্ছেন একটি ঈদ ভালো সিমেন্ট একসঙ্গে মিক্সড করার মেশিন রয়েছে এবং যেটিতে পরিমাণ মতো ইট বালু সিমেন্ট দেওয়া হচ্ছে অর্থাৎ ইটের ছোট টুকরা করা হয়েছে পূর্বে এবং সেটি সঙ্গে পরিমাণ মতো বালু এবং সিমেন্ট দেওয়া হচ্ছে এবং ওই মেশিনটি এটিকে সুন্দর করে মিক্সড করে ফেলছে।

এরপর কর্মরত লোকজন এগুলোকে পাত্রী নিয়ে এসে রড দিয়ে প্রস্তুত খাঁচার মধ্যে ঢেলে দিচ্ছে। আমি এর পূর্বে বাড়ি প্রস্তুত করার কাজ দেখেছি কিন্তু এই যে কাজটি এখানে চলছে এই অবস্থাটা কখনো নিজে চোখে দেখিনি।

দেখুন মানুষের হাতের কাজ কতটা নিখুঁত এই রড দিয়ে কিভাবে তৈরি করেছে সুন্দর সূক্ষ্ম আকৃতির খাঁচা।

Preparatory work before building a house

We know that whenever a building or a house is built using concrete, it takes a long time to prepare the foundation and it is a very expensive task.

So let's see how the base preparation is going and we can directly see the casting process here.

In the video you can see there is an Eid good cement mixing machine and in which quantity of brick sand cement is given i.e. small pieces of brick are made before and quantity of sand and cement is given along with it and that machine mixes it nicely.

Then the workers bring them to the cages prepared with rods. I've seen home prep work before but never witnessed the work going on here.
