JAMBA'S SECOND VET APPOINMENT

Jamba had her second vet appointment today at 10am. At this appointment, the vet, Hannah, looked at Jamba’s ears to see if the medication had helped these past two weeks, but unfortunately it didn’t. There is still quite the odor that is coming out of her ear. With that said, we decided to make an appointment for Jamba’s eye surgery. Her surgery will take place this week, on Thursday, October 4th at 8:15am. She will undergo full anesthesia and we are praying everything will go just fine. The surgery will take care of her tumor on her eye, and while she is asleep, they will do a complete flush of her ear and grab a sample culture that will be submitted for further studies.

After Jamba’s appointment today, I decided to stop by Wasilla Lake to enjoy the beautiful September/October we are having. It sure is feeling a lot like Colorado with all of this sunshine!
