My Actifit Report Card: Slow slow day July 19 2023

Had a very quiet day. The baby has decided that her new hobby while still in my belly is to keep me up half the night. So I had a horrible sleep.

So I took it easy, just did some chores like laundry and cooking a nice meal, other than that I watched the Tour de France which was an amazing stage in the high alps. And managed to have a decent nap in the middle of the afternoon.

When 39 weeks pregnant everything feels like exercise haha!
