Hello steemians! How do we see gastronomy? - Welcome to @POLLITOFRITO
We want to welcome you to this space created with the purpose of sharing our journey through the world of gastronomy.
We'll start knowing and realizing the typical dishes of our nation, Venezuela; visiting the Venezuelan cuisine you'll know and enjoy a large mosaic in which colors, aromas and unforgettable flavors are combined.
Each dish is different and has its own story, which we will try to tell in each post. It is that hidden feeling that allows us to continue innovating in our kitchens, knowing that every dish we cook carries with it a small touch of our ancestors, who forged our history in the heat of their kitchen. Where since the beginning of time the magic of our natives was combined with the spices brought during the colonial era, until reaching the ingredients of today.
We have just started this path, which means that we are learning to make the recipes of our gastronomy. It would be of great help if you contribute ideas that allow improving their development and products.

And really Tempting Dishes ;) . and Another fact is, it's today that i got to know that Gastronomy is called The art Of Cooking and Eating Good Food ... I am not much into it but my dad Is a Gastronomer ;)
