I LOVE YOU - "No LOGIC only MAGIC"

I LOVE YOU the three magical words. Do they really do the magic or it is just a saying? Have it ever failed or it is always a success? Here the magician never does the magic if he is not sure about his audience and he does only in front of one person at a time. So here no of the audience is ONE. If he is not confident about his audience and does the magic there are maximum chances of failing. But I still believe in the magic, if everything goes well it is an awesome feeling. Again this feeling also can't be explained, like my last post.
