When the pains of the past surface the best thing is to accept them, and allow them to surface because its in the surfacing of the pain that true healing can begin....To many times we avoid that thought, nightmare, fear, or emotion and in doing so we suppress it which then creates layers upon layers of baggage that has been avoided....But when we accept and invite that which lies deep we allow true healing.....
