Poloniex BitShares hot wallet empty
Poloniex BitShares hot wallet (one used for user's deposits and withdrawals) was emptied one hour ago. That is the time when some users experienced failures when withdrawing BTS out of Poloniex. It seems that withdrawals are processed as soon as somebody deposits new funds.
Question is why don't they proactively refill hot wallet using funds in their cold storage? There is over 290 million BTS in cold wallet.

Maybe this explains why withdrawals are going to "Complete:Error"

I'm guessing that they've lost access to this account & have been running a fractional reserve for BTS ever since. Nobody should be storing their BTS on Poloniex longer than they need to.
If they've lost access to 290M BTS then they are going to have to start buying BTS OTC or from the markets. Bitspark, HERO, Polo.... I think BTS is long overdue for a moon shot
