On this festival girls of all ages ties a talisman or a piece of thread on the wrist of his brother, ritually protecting their brother from all the problems and pray God for there long life,and getting gifts in return,and giving responsibility to brother for their protection.

This is the bond of protection, obligation and care between the world's purest relation of brother and sister
