Can we really say the block chain is truly decentralized?

Yes, but it just my perspective and am trying to know if anyone is seeing it in this light. Most currencies have regulatory bodies behind them and crypto gaints that regulates them. So for it to be free from manipulations in the future it should be truly from regulations. Again some coins are launched with little or no way to mine it. Its centralized if you cant get it on you own without it being sold to you by a central body.
