Is that truly illegal to say the truth nowadays?

I mean :
short = shortie,
fat = fatties...
...

We can no more express naturally !

I had a beautiful girlfriend which was suffering from anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and emotional behavior troubles.

So: I simply mentioned that she was ill or not healthy and that she lied about the accusation she made to sue me in court.

The court of Jura in Porrentruy... They decided that it was defamation even tho it's the truth said the polite way. I could have said she is toxic girl that lies, no, I've said she is not healthy, the accusation are exaggerated.

What did they do?

They decided to punish me heavily for it and the false accusation, and they placed an act that if : "I say anything online about her, in which we can recognize her" they put me in prison up to one fucking year.

They really piss me off... The truth is on chain, whatever the version of reality they're in, it needs an update.

TRUTH > COURT

If I say the truth, they're technically forbidden to do what they did, and it is that way.

Justice applied by wicked people is the worst remedy ever that the people pay their taxes for.
