Check out this pic. Bitcoin isn't even close to mainstream adoption yet, and it's expected to continue growing. Some say it might hit $4k by the end of 2017 and$10k by the end of 2018.

True, there might be a dip to $1.7k -$1.8k at the end of July / beginning of August, but you literally cannot lose if you play it smart. Have cash ready to buy the dips, safely store some of your Bitcoin on a paper wallet or wallet like Electrum, which allows you to control your private keys, and put the rest on an exchange which will list Bitcoin Unlimited.
