First I put a pan in the oven. When it gets hot, I put oil in it and put the potatoes in it. I fried the potatoes completely brown. I fried the potatoes brown and put the chopped onion and pepper inside. I have cooked it with onion and chilli for some more time. Then I added ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.

I have cooked some more time by mixing everything. Then I gave the chopped tomatoes. I have cooked some more time with tomatoes. Then I gave the cut meat. I have mixed it with the meat.

Then I added a little more water to cook the meat. When the meat is cooked, I put a little more water inside it to cook the meat. Then I covered it with a lid. After opening the lid, when the water will come down, I gave it with cumin powder and hot spice powder.

Then after a little more cooking I turned off the stove. The cooking is done at this stage.

Now I have picked up the curry in a bowl to serve hot.
