Today I am going to share a fish recipe. I have not seen a single person in Bangladesh who doesn't like this fish. It doesn't even matter how do you cook and what combination of vegetables is used,it will produce a great taste. Here is my presentation—try it.

First I put a pan in the oven and gave it oil. When the oil is hot, I put chopped onion and chilli inside it. I fried the onion light brown. When it is lightly fried, add onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder. I have cooked a little by mixing everything. Then I put the chopped tomatoes inside the spice.

Add a little water to the tomatoes so that the tomatoes melt. Then I gave the fish kept clean. I took some time to cook with the fish. After that I gave water for cooking.

When the water receded, I put coriander leaves and cumin powder in it. Then I cooked a little more. Then when the cooking is done, I turn off the stove.

Then I poured my food into a bowl and served hot.
