binary counting and the blockchain: what's it look like ?

So if instead of ones and zeros, for binary,
you use a white speck to symbolise 1 value ,
the following image shows what counting from 0000 to 1111 looks like.

0000 0
0001 1 ran out of numbers; gotta start anew and carry 1
0010 2
0011 3 ran out of numbers; gotta start anew and carry 1
0100 4

To include negative numbers, all that needs to be done, is mirror the image, and one gets a supersymmetric fractal
that looks like a Blockchain :-D !
