I'd heard about this cafe for a while but hadn't been able to visit until my dear friend invited me. We went to their branch near her work place in Lahug, Cebu.

When you order a meal and a drink at Tamp Cafe, a slice of cake is only 1 PHP!

I was eager to try their dessert, and it did not disappoint. We arrived a little after lunch and were starving, and there is always room for dessert.

They serve us a special Halloween-themed chocolate cake; it is so cute with that skull-shaped chocolate on top.

The cafe has a nice vibe, and we had a great time.
