Summer Feels

Hello Steemians! Time flies so fast since the new year trends of January, and now the most anticipated all time favorite long vacation is coming with the Summer. I know lots of you have already decided what to do this summer, part of it will be spending time at home but I guessed most of you have already planned their bucket list of travel goals.

Summer is best when you do things like swimming at the pool, on the seashore, on the river basin or waterfalls. It would be a nice idea if you could try work out in the water at least for a healthy lifestyle. You must then try and join a water aerobics or try working with marching and jogging in water. Its a very good exercise for you.

When summer, the idea of eating something colds and sweets is very usual thing. The best one is the famous halo halo, a mixed with crushed icesoaked in condensed milk, evaporated milk, ice cream on top, red beans, toasted rice, sago o tapioca pearls, colorful cubes of gelatin, macapuno, hula man, , leche flan, jackfruit, sprinkle fruits toppings and many more.

It is a good idea as well to have your meals ready when going to trips, and a packed lunch is good one. A cooler full of healthy snacks and a bottle of water is something very important to avoid hydration. Fill your bags with sandwiches, yogurts, and endless amounts of fresh fruit.

Summer is also a perfect time to enjoy the outdoors activities that would somehow help you burn some calories. While not going to the gym, it would be perfect for a mountain trekking, biking, hiking and a lot more.
