Advice to a Friend whose Mother Talks Loudly on the Phone
Cheapest option
is under headphones
wear ear plugs
(some people
use blu-tack)
or
you can always
learn sign language
and then poke out
your ear drums
with pencils.
I considered that once.
Most expensive option
is to move out.

Yes... Moving out would be the MOST expensive option.
I think they might be stuck with ear plugs for a while hehehe
